  1. No need for a comma.You could chuck it up to the Oxford comma and add one but when there is a list, the final and does not require a comma as it is assumed a separate item.

  2. If it’s CLEARLY a separate item, then that stupid Oxford comma rule applies. Punctuation is used for CLARITY; there is no CLARITY here.

    However, “clarity” rhymes with “hilarity,” so maybe we could CHALK it up to the writer’s confusion.
