  1. Bacon salad recipe: Fry up a large quantity of bacon. Once fried to your taste (crispy, extra crispy or wrong), set down a layer of bacon as ‘lettuce’. Add another layer of bacon as ‘tomato slices’, and another as ‘cucumber slices’. Cut up the remaining bacon into smaller pieces and garnish as ‘cheese’ and ‘croutons’. Use dressing of your choice; some recommendations include sriracha, beer and the fat from cooking the bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
